# Erase my data

Right to erasure (GDPR Art. 17)

## How it works

Under **Article 17 of the GDPR**, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. When you submit a request:

- ✓ Your request is logged with a **30-day** grace (cooling-off) period.
- ✓ During those 30 days, you can cancel the request by returning to the same link.
- ✓ After 30 days, your data is **permanently deleted** from our subscriber base, along with send history, push devices, and associated tags.
- ✓ Audit and consent records that we are legally required to keep (Articles 7 and 32) are _anonymised_ and retained for the statutory prescription period.

## How to request

Every newsletter we send includes, in the footer, an **"Erase my data"** link. That link automatically authenticates you and opens the confirmation form.

If you have not received a recent newsletter, or you cannot find the email, send a message to [dpo@prodigitalkey.com](mailto:dpo@prodigitalkey.com) from the same address you signed up with — we will confirm your identity and process the request manually within at most 30 days.

## Other rights

In addition to erasure, you may also:

- ✓ **Unsubscribe** from the newsletter without erasing your data — "unsubscribe" link in email footers.
- ✓ **Access** the full list of your data (Art. 15).
- ✓ **Rectify** inaccurate data (Art. 16).
- ✓ **Receive your data in a portable format** (Art. 20).

All requests should be sent to [dpo@prodigitalkey.com](mailto:dpo@prodigitalkey.com).

## Complaints

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the **CNPD — Portuguese Data Protection Authority** ([cnpd.pt](https://www.cnpd.pt)).
